The serene surroundings include a koi pond, cascading waterfall, and a charming fountain, alongside a rejuvenating chlorine-free pool and hot tub. For your convenience, amenities such as TV, Internet access, electricity, water, and trash pickup are all included. There is also an on-site laundry facility available for a nominal fee.

Situated at an ideal elevation of 1000 feet, you'll enjoy perfect weather year-round—no air conditioning needed! The estate's prime location puts you just 10 minutes away from downtown Kona, 5 minutes from the airport, and only 3 minutes from Costco, with nearby beaches and restaurants beckoning for exploration.

Please note that this property is smoke-free, and small, housebroken pets may be considered upon request. For those interested in delicious organic home-cooked meals, they are available at an additional charge. As required by Hawaii state law, a total tax rate of 17.962% applies, consisting of 14.962% state taxes and a 3% county transient accommodations tax. Our TA (Transient Accommodations) number is TA-146-470-5024-01, and our GE (General Excise) tax number is GE-146-470-5024-01. A $175 cleaning fee is charged for up to 4 guests, increasing to $225 for larger groups. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Please note that babies and toddlers count towards the guest limit and incur an extra guest fee.

This lovely home is conveniently located at the corner of a two-lane road, just a quick drive to Costco and 1/4 mile from Mama La Hoa Highway. While you may notice some traffic noise during peak hours, the tranquility of your stay makes it worthwhile.
